Our therapeutic horsemanship program is a non-clinical horsemanship-focused service intended as a support for clients who have made prior mental health-related gains through counseling.
Through participation in therapeutic horsemanship activities, clients have the opportunity to deepen their connection with equines while remaining in a supportive environment understanding of different types of mental health needs.
Through ongoing sessions or check-ins with their assigned counselor, clients are better able to maintain and build upon counseling progress.
